Responding to Liam Fox’s speech on Brexit, Richard Tice, Co-Chair of Leave Means Leave said:

“We welcome the International Trade Secretary’s commitment to ruling out any kind of customs union with the EU and his positive vision for an independent, global Britain.

“Dr Fox clearly understands that Britain will only enjoy the full economic benefits of Brexit and help the least well off in society when we can cut tariffs on products such as non-EU food and clothing as well as negotiate our own trade deals with the rest of the world.

“The crony coalition of the Labour Party, the multi-national corporations represented by the CBI and many civil servants cannot accept that ordinary people believe in Britain and want a clean break. It is time they listened.”
